Advice Links East Staffordshire launch

The ALES project is a new access route for getting advice across East Staffordshire, replacing the Citizens Advice Bureau’s own site and serving as an interface for its partners’.

The main website is fairly straight-forward, serving as an information point that directs people to the right place. There is more to it behind the scenes though, with an extensive area for partner organisations to share Social Policy issues, conduct referrals and communicate with each other.
